First Hair Cut!

Last weekend we took Trystan to get his first real haircut. We had his bangs trimmed before but this time we did the whole thing. My baby has no more curls :( and he looks like a little boy :( So stinkin cute though and he was so good. He sat in the chair like a big boy with mikie's cell phone and watched the barber cut his hair... that is until Juckich (the barber) touch his ears to trim around them then he was done.

The Finished productMikie was out of town all week this week for work. We had a sprinkler head break while he was gone so trystan helped daddy fix it yesterday and then thought he should play in the sprinklers! He was soaked but he had a blast. Daddy even ran through the sprinklers with him... and no its not quite warm enough for that yet.

Mikie and I went and bought bikes a couple of weeks ago as well and got a baby seat for the baby and put it on Mikie's bike... He loves to go for rides...though he looks a bit disgusted in this picture

Snow!!!!

Last weekend my mom and mike were in town for Mike's mom's 80th birthday. Trystan and I took off Saturday morning with my mom and Mike to go to Cedar for the day. We went to mike's mom surprise 80th birthday lunch then hung out with family the rest of the day. As soon as we pulled into town it started dumping snow... it was so much fun to be in the snow again! I am also very greatful I live where it doesn't generally snow, but I miss it from time to time and love to play in it! This was trystan's first experience with the snow as well and he LOVED it, but HAATED the mittens! He was trying to catch flakes on his tounge and was wiping it off my car and the bushes at my grandparents. He trampled through it in my granparents back yard and fell face first in it and laughed!!!! We spent the night at my aunts' house and headed home Sunday morning for my mom to catch her flight home. Daniel and Ashley also came down and I got to meet my neice chloe!!! She is such a cutie with the most amazing blue eyes!!! It was a short trip but so much fun to see everyone!

Go, Go, Go....

So my cousin Wyndee watches Trystan part of the day while we are at work and gave me a CD of all the pictures she has taken since she started watching our little racer! These pictures were too cute not to post...Infact there are many that need to be posted, but I am too lazy to wait for blogger to upload them all right now. This kid LOVES cars, trucks, and of course 4-wheelers! He is such a boy...and wants to "go, go, go, go, go," all the time. Just ask him he'll tell you!!! Life is hectic at our house but I am LOVING day shift!!! and even more so LOVING MY SLEEP!!!! I am exhausted when I get home, but my days go by so much faster. Mikie is wonderful and has dinner ready or almost ready when I get home!!! My in-laws and sister-in-law Are taking the little man in the afternoon when they get off work so that wyndee can keep her sanity and we are so grateful for everyone's support. Trystan is loving his days with Wyndee and the girls as well as time with his grammy, grammpy and Auntie!!!! So Thank You a million times over!!!! We love you all!

Trystan has perfected saying ball, and shouts it repeatedly whenever he sees one. His favorite seat is in the kitchen cupboard. He yells at the dogs just like Mikie and I. He has also perfected shouting "we go NOW" thank you grampy!!! LOL, but it is hilarious, My baby no longer looks like a baby but a little boy and I hate it!!!! The kid LOVEs chocolate (reeses peanut butter cups are a fav). Bath time is more of a bath for mommy and the floor! The slide he got for his birthday is the best ramp for his trucks and balls. Cloths are a nuissance and he discovered he can take his pajama pants off in bed...thank goodness for onsies or I am sure the diaper would be off too. He is so sweet, but has zero patients and can throw a wonderful temper tantrum....If it is the last thing I do as his mommy this kid will learn at least the slightest smidgeling of patients, that is my goal...wish me luck I have my work cut out for me!!!!

UpDaTeS!!!!

Wow! It has been forever since I posted anything!!!! So sorry. We have been busy and sleep deprivation doesn't help a whole bunch. I few weeks ago Trystan and I met my cousin Wyndee and her girls at little pastry chefs to decorate valentine cookies!!! We had a blast and trystan made a Huge mess! I think he decorated more of himself! Before we did cookies we made our own little pizzas for lunch.

I let trystan play with playdough the other day for the first time! He wasn't too sure bout it! I had a hard time getting him to touch it at all. Then of course when he did all he wanted to do was eat it! Apparently he was not impressed with the taste either. I made a ball out of it and he threw it expecting it to bounce and then we made noses out of it! It was a fun 10 minutes and then he was done

Mikie and his dad spent last weekend getting rid of our sliding glass door and putting in French doors! I love them! I hated the sliding glass door.... no more squeaking, its FaBuLoUs!!!! The still need to be painted and they have the blinds inbetween the glass Love it!
I worked my last Graveyard shift on Tuesday night!!!!! I start on Day shift Monday and am SOOOO excited. Terrified a little, but so ready for a normal SLEEP pattern! Wish me luck!!! Here are a few more pictures of Trystan since thats all you guys get on here for anyway! He is getting so big, and growing up... I was sick last monday and started throwing up, he stood over my shoulder in the bathroom pointing at the vomit in the toilet saying ewww mommy, ewww then patted my shoulder and handed me some tissue, He is starting to help us clean up his stuff, and then claps for himself and says yay anytime he puts a toy in a basket, turns off the light, and closes a door. He says mom a lot more now and I love it! He will go throw things away if we ask him too as well!!!! His vocabulary consists of Mom, Dada, bum (ball), ah ah (off), Up, Go, NO, baaoon (balloon) Tanky (thank you). He understands high five and loves to give those out, we are working on not hitting mommy! He knows where his nose is and will point to it when you ask, He thinks his belly is his rib cage and points to that! And boy can we ever throw a temper tantrum, but he is such a sweet boy and has it down that when he is in trouble all he has to do is grab my leg hug it, kiss it and smile at me!!!!! This first picture is the devil smile, the second one is blurry because he hit me with the fourwheeler and I fell backwards just as I snapped the picture, the look on his face is the gottcha mom look!!!!

30!!!!!!

Last Tuesday Mikie celebrated his 30th birthday. Grammy watched the little one and I took mikie out to dinner. We spent the weekend hanging out as a family and had birthday dinner at his mom and dad's on Sunday!!!! Happy Birthday Baby. We love you

A Perfect Day...

Last Friday was absolutely gorgeous, no wind, 62 degrees kind of perfect. I had the weekend off and Mikie was home the whole weekend as well so Friday afternoon we decided to have a picnic at the park! We had a blast playing on the slides and kicking around the soccer ball. Trystan loved every minute of being outside. He loves the outdoors and takes off like he is free and has no boundries. I love it!!!! He has no fear and could care less if anyone was following him. I love that he is so active and loves to explore the world around him. He is so inquisitive and learning so much everyday. He loves to be around other kids as well, he gets so excited and will run up to the other kids and start jabbering away. I hope he NEVER loses that assertiveness. I think mikie and I enjoyed playing as much as he did. Here are a few fun pictures.

This kid is hilarious, one of his favorite toys is the remotes for the wii. He was carrying it around in his mouth shaking his head like a dog.

The cowboy boots... These were mikie's boots when he was little. They sit on a shelf in Trystans room, he spoted them the other day and had to have them, however his little foot is to fat to get them all the way on so he couldn't walk in them to well. It made him mad, but he looked so cute. There is a picture of Mikie in his PJs just like this one with the boots on. Gotta love the expression too!!!

Birthday festivities.

On Saturday we had a party for Trystan. My dad and Sam were able to come down from Utah, My brother came to hang out, and Mikie's family was all here too! We missed our Texas family though!!! We had a great time. Mikie and I fixed a mexican feast ad decorated the house all up! Trystan loved having everyone's undivided attention! He destroyed his cake exactly like I hoped he would. Had a blast with his cousins and Aunts, and had a pretty good belly ache all night long. Our house has been taken over by toys! But Trystan is having so much fun. He is just a little spoiled. Still can't believe my baby is one!!!!! Happy birthday kiddo we love you!
